GoPivot has added some exciting features to its platform so employers can communicate urgent messages, award points, and celebrate achievements all in one place! Whether you’re sending day-to-day correspondence, congratulating a job well done, sharing a reminder, or even celebrating a milestone, GoPivot can be used every day to communicate 1:1 or to groups within your organization.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use the new messaging feature.
Step 1: Click on “communication” in the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Select and customize the sender. You can customize who you’d like the email to appear “from” using the box on the right (for example HR Team).
Step 3: Select recipients – choose individuals or groups within your organization. To select specific recipients only, simply uncheck the box next to “send to all users,” and search for their names.
Step 4: If you’d like, add points to your message! You can recognize employees by awarding them points at the same time.
Step 5: Compose your message, including tokens. Tokens personalize the message for each recipient by using their names, this way you don’t have to compose several different messages.
Step 6: Add an eCard from the library. eCards are a fun and easy way to recognize employees and let them know they are valued.
Step 7: Send – select a nudge or add urgency if you like. Here you can turn on push notifications for the message and add urgency if necessary.
