CONTROLLER

GoPivot Solutions is looking for a Controller to join our fast-growing organization. The Controller will report to the CFO and be focused primarily on general ledger accounting, financial statement prep and the month-end accounting cycle activities.

The duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage general ledger and complete month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Maintain company accounting procedures and processes while ensuring GAAP compliance.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and point redemptions
  • Verifies, allocates, posts and reconciles accounts payable and receivables.
  • Prepare financial statements and analysis versus budget.
  • Analyzes financial information and summarizes financial status.
  • Spots errors and suggests ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  • Assists with audits and tax returns.
  • Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university coupled with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience: CPA preferred.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close processes plus hands-on experience with accounting software packages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
  • Thorough knowledge of advanced accounting procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • MS Excel skills including pivot tables.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a self-directed manner.
  • Ability to work independently and/or on a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty.

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

LOCATIONS: RALEIGH, NC
JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

The Sales Account Executive acts as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

  • Develop a book of business by generating opportunities and closing new sales deals
  • Achieve or exceed an annual sales quota, established by the VP of Sales
  • Act as the point of contact for prospecting, contracting, renewals, upsells and escalated issues within core book of business
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Run platform demonstrations of our GoPivot product
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Support the CEO, VP of Sales, and Director of Marketing with ad-hoc projects as needed

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

The Senior Product Manager directs product development for our GoPivot Platform and serves as the head of our Product Development Team.

The duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Lead GoPivot’s Product Development Team and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Produce and review product requirements documentation
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

GoPivot is seeking an experienced Sales professional, who will be responsible for identifying and developing, market specific, consultant and broker relationships to grow channel opportunities for GoPivot.

  • Develop and leverage regional and large-market consultant/broker relationships to create opportunities for GoPivot Sales.
  • Cultivate these relationships to continually inform on GoPivot’s product roadmap and capabilities to serve as value-addfor Client’s wellness, safety and total rewards needs.
  • Create customized and effective sales collateral for consultants and brokers.
  • Manage and Delegate support for consultant/broker-generated opportunities for new business.
  • Continually inform GoPivot leadership (VP of Sales, VP of Operations and CEO) of consultant strategies and opportunities for strategic. planning of initiatives
  • Organize, Coordinate and Lead (along with the GoPivot Marketing team) consultant educational strategy, roadshows, and other virtual/in-person opportunities as needed.
  • Monitor and report performance as it relates to consultant/broker-led opportunities and sales.
