We asked all prospective vendors what they could do with $80,000 a year. When GoPivot’s proposal came back, approximately 70% of what we’d be paying went back to our employees. With all the other vendors, 80-90% of the budget went to technology, leaving only 10% to employees. Once we figured this out, going with GoPivot was a no-brainer. For other vendors, the fee is guaranteed, with GoPivot, it’s 100% dependent upon the employees.
