(born October 6, 1967) is one of our team physicians and is an Ophthalmologist who practices in Atlanta at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. His surgical focus is on cataract and lens implant surgery and consultative ophthalmology. He’s been the team ophthalmologist for the Atlanta Braves and Falcons in the past and has an interest in high-intensity visual needs professions. He was recently named a “Top Doc” in Atlanta Magazine.  Dr. Roach is a volunteer driving instructor for youth in the Street Survival Program as well as a high-performance driving instructor for several sportscar clubs at U.S. race tracks. Dr. Roach is an avid cyclist and has been racing bicycles since he was a teenager.  He’s been a multiple medal-winner in multiple state championships, a 2- time gold medal winner in the Georgia Games, and has several top 20 results at the US National Championships. He’s currently on a 5-race winning streak for 6-hour endurance mountain biking.
